A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 6-11-337 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SECTION, THE GOVERNING BODIES OF SPECIAL PURPOSE AND PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICTS IN THIS STATE MUST BE COMPOSED OF NO LESS THAN FIVE MEMBERS.
