A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 23-6-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, SO AS TO DELETE THE DEPARTMENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO OPERATE A COMPREHENSIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL TRAINING PROGRAM AND PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT SHALL OPERATE CERTAIN PROGRAMS FOR ITS STAFF.
