A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 24-3-185 SO AS TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS SHALL PROVIDE AN INMATE CERTAIN INFORMATION WITH REGARD TO THE RESTORATION OF HIS VOTING RIGHTS ONCE HE IS RELEASED FROM THE CUSTODY OF THE DEPARTMENT.
