A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-111-20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO COLLEGE TUITION WAIVERS FOR CERTAIN WARTIME VETERANS' CHILDREN, SO AS TO EXTEND THESE WAIVERS TO THE CHILDREN OF ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS WHO HAVE SERVED IN WARTIME.
