A JOINT RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 14, ARTICLE XVII OF THE CONSTITUTION OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1895, RELATING TO CITIZENS DEEMED SUI JURIS AND RESTRICTIONS REGARDING THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, SO AS TO ALLOW THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO RESTRICT THE SALE, PURCHASE, OR POSSESSION OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS, CIGARETTES, AND ALTERNATIVE NICOTINE PRODUCTS BY PERSONS UNTIL AGE TWENTY-ONE.
