A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 38-77-280, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO AUTOMOBILE COLLISION COVERAGE, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AN AUTOMOBILE INSURER MAY NOT CONSIDER CLAIMS SUBMITTED FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF AUTOMOBILE SAFETY GLASS WHEN DETERMINING THE PREMIUM RATES TO BE CHARGED ON THE INSURED'S POLICY.
