A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-2956 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ALL EVIDENCE OF THE SUSPENSION OF A PERSON'S DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR REFUSAL TO SUBMIT TO TESTING FOR ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION AND ANY ENTRY IN THE DRIVING RECORD OF A PERSON THAT SHOWS HE WAS ISSUED A TEMPORARY DRIVER'S LICENSE OR THAT HE WAS REQUIRED TO INSTALL AN IGNITION INTERLOCK DEVICE ON A VEHICLE HE DRIVES MUST BE REMOVED FROM HIS DRIVING RECORD IF HE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ACQUITTED OF DRIVING WITH AN UNLAWFUL ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION.
