A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS SHALL DEVELOP A PLAN TO ADDRESS THE GROWING POPULATION OF INMATES WITH DEMENTIA AND REPORT ITS PLAN TO THE GOVERNOR, PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE, AND SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
