A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 24-13-105 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS SHALL REQUIRE AN INMATE TO OBTAIN JOB READINESS TRAINING TO PREPARE HIM TO ENTER SOCIETY AND THE WORKFORCE ONCE HE IS RELEASED FROM CUSTODY.
