A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 23-3-430, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY, SO AS TO PROVIDE THE CONDITIONS THAT EXEMPT A PERSON WHO IS CONVICTED OF, PLED GUILTY OR NOLO CONTENDERE TO, OR HAS BEEN ADJUDICATED DELINQUENT OF CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT WITH MINORS, THIRD DEGREE, FROM BEING REFERRED TO AS A SEX OFFENDER.
