A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 48-9-1220, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ELECTION OF SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNOR TO APPOINT COMMISSIONERS WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION AND TO AMEND SECTIONS 48-9-30, 48-9-610, AND 48-9-1230, ALL RELATING TO SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS, SO AS TO MAKE CONFORMING CHANGES.
