A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 22-8-40 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO MAGISTRATE SALARIES, TO PROVIDE THAT A MAGISTRATE WHO IS LICENSED AND IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE SOUTH CAROLINA BAR SHALL HAVE TEN PERCENT ADDED TO HIS SALARY AS DETERMINED IN SUBSECTION (B).
