A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-2080 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE, TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON MAY NOT BE ISSUED A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE UNLESS THAT PERSON COMPLETES AN IN-PERSON OR ONLINE HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS COURSE AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE PERSON MUST PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF COMPLETION TO THE DEPARTMENT WITH HIS APPLICATION FOR A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE.
