A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-3-353 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE OR A LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY MAY OPERATE AN ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE ALONG THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION.
