A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 7-13-200 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ENTITIES AUTHORIZED TO CONDUCT REFERENDA, BALLOT MEASURES, OR NONPARTISAN ELECTIONS, SHALL CONDUCT THE ELECTION EVENT ON THE FIRST TUESDAY FOLLOWING THE FIRST MONDAY IN NOVEMBER IN EACH EVEN-NUMBERED YEAR.
