AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 61-4-515 AND 61-6-2016, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PERMITS TO PURCHASE AND SELL BEER AND WINE AND ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS, RESPECTIVELY, FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION AND A BIENNIAL LICENSE TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS BY THE DRINK AT A MOTORSPORTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX OR TENNIS SPECIFIC COMPLEX, SO AS TO INCLUDE CERTAIN BASEBALL COMPLEXES IN THE PURVIEW OF THE STATUTES, AND TO PROVIDE A DEFINITION FOR "BASEBALL COMPLEX". - ratified title
