A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THE EARNINGS LIMITATION OF TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR RETIRED MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND ANY OTHER SYSTEM DOES NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN MEMBERS WHO WERE PARTICIPANTS OF THE TEACHER AND EMPLOYEE RETENTION INCENTIVE PROGRAM AS OF OCTOBER 31, 2017, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS JOINT RESOLUTION REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL JUNE 30, 2023.
