A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 1-1-1210, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ANNUAL SALARIES OF STATE OFFICERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT BEGINNING IN 2018 AND EVERY FOUR YEARS THEREAFTER, THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY SHALL PROVIDE FOR THE ANNUAL SALARIES OF THE STATE CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS IN THE ANNUAL GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT FOR THE DURATION OF EACH OFFICER'S FOUR-YEAR TERM.
