A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-5670 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO DUTIES IMPOSED ON A DEMOLISHER OR SECONDARY METALS RECYCLER, TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PROVISIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO AN AUTOMOTIVE RECYCLER, AND TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY TO SALES CONDUCTED AT SALVAGE POOL AUCTIONS, TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMS, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES.
