A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-5850, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE TAGGING, REMOVAL, AND DISPOSITION OF A VEHICLE LEFT UNATTENDED ON A HIGHWAY OR OTHER PROPERTY, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE COLORED TAG PLACED ON THE VEHICLE BY A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER MUST BE CAPABLE OF REFLECTING LIGHT.
