A BILL TO AMEND ACT 613 OF 1986, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN RICHLAND COUNTY, SO AS TO REASSIGN CERTAIN TERRITORY PRESENTLY ZONED FOR RICHLAND COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT TWO TO RICHLAND COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT ONE; TO REQUIRE THE REVENUE AND FISCAL AFFAIRS OFFICE TO PREPARE, DESIGNATE, AND DISTRIBUTE APPROPRIATE MAPS THAT REFLECT THE REASSIGNMENT OF CERTAIN TERRITORY FROM RICHLAND COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT TWO TO RICHLAND COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT ONE; TO REAPPORTION THE FOUR SINGLE-MEMBER ELECTION DISTRICTS FROM WHICH THE TRUSTEES OF RICHLAND COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT ONE ARE ELECTED, TO DESIGNATE A MAP NUMBER ON WHICH THESE SINGLE-MEMBER ELECTION DISTRICTS ARE DELINEATED, AND TO PROVIDE DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE REAPPORTIONED ELECTION DISTRICTS.
