A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 2-1-260 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON MAY NOT BE ELECTED TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IF THE ELECTION IS HELD IN A YEAR AFTER THE YEAR IN WHICH THAT PERSON REACHES THE AGE OF SEVENTY-TWO.
