A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 1-11-730, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ELIGIBILITY FOR STATE HEALTH AND DENTAL COVERAGE, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN ACTIVE VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS MAY CHOOSE TO PURCHASE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE THROUGH THE STATE HEALTH AND DENTAL PLANS PROVIDED THAT HE PAYS THE EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE SHARE OF THE COST.
