A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-66-25 SO AS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTS SHALL ENSURE THE CONTINUOUS PRESENCE OF SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICERS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS DURING REGULAR OPERATING HOURS, TO PROVIDE VARIOUS MEANS BY WHICH DISTRICTS MAY SATISFY THIS REQUIREMENT, AND TO MAKE THESE PROVISIONS APPLICABLE JULY 1, 2018.
