A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 31-13-100 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SHALL INFORM THE APPROPRIATE LOCAL GOVERNING BODY BEFORE EVALUATING AN APPLICATION FOR A FEDERAL HOUSING TAX CREDIT AND THE APPLICABLE LOCAL GOVERNING BODY SHALL APPOINT NINE MEMBERS TO A LOCAL GOVERNMENT COMMISSION TO VOTE WITH THE BOARD ON THE APPLICATION.
