A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-63-100, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PARTICIPATION OF HOME SCHOOL STUDENTS IN PUBLIC SCHOOL INTERSCHOLASTIC ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENT THAT HOMESCHOOL STUDENTS MUST BE HOMESCHOOLED FOR ONE ACADEMIC YEAR BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN PUBLIC SCHOOL INTERSCHOLASTIC ACTIVITIES.
