A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-5670, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DUTIES IMPOSED ON A DEMOLISHER OR SECONDARY METALS RECYCLER, SO AS TO DEFINE THE TERM "AUTOMOTIVE RECYCLER", TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PROVISIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO AN AUTOMOTIVE RECYCLER, AND TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY TO SALES CONDUCTED AT SALVAGE POOL AUCTIONS.
