A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 53-3-220 SO AS TO DESIGNATE FEBRUARY OF EVERY YEAR AS "RESTAURANT STAFF APPRECIATION MONTH" AND TO ENCOURAGE THE CITIZENS OF SOUTH CAROLINA TO TIP A MINIMUM OF FIFTEEN DOLLARS.
