A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 6-1-180 SO AS TO PROHIBIT MUNICIPALITIES, COUNTIES, OTHER LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, OR POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS FROM ENACTING OR ADOPTING ORDINANCES, MOTIONS, AMENDMENTS, RESOLUTIONS, POLICIES, REGULATIONS, OR OTHER LEGISLATION THAT ESTABLISH OR PROVIDE TERMS OR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT THAT EXCEED OR CONFLICT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL OR STATE LAW RELATING TO SCHEDULING PRACTICES.
