A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-1030, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE WITH TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES, AND RAILROAD SIGNS AND SIGNALS, AND PENALTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THESE VIOLATIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THESE PENALTIES ALSO APPLY TO THE UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE WITH A ROAD OR STREET IDENTIFICATION SIGN.
