A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-3-430 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION SHALL NOT RECORD A VIOLATION OF A PROVISION RELATING TO CARRYING AN INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF PERSONAL FLOATATION DEVICES ON A BOAT OR WATERCRAFT IN ANY DATABASE USED TO GENERATE A PERSON'S STATE CRIMINAL RECORD OR A NATIONAL CRIMINAL RECORD.
