A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 61-4-555 SO AS TO PROVIDE DEFINITIONS FOR "NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION" AND "NONPROFIT SPECIAL EVENT", AND TO PROVIDE THAT A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION MAY BE ISSUED A LICENSE TO SERVE BEER AND WINE AT A NONPROFIT SPECIAL EVENT UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
