A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 43-5-250 SO AS TO REQUIRE AN INDIVIDUAL APPLYING OR REAPPLYING FOR BENEFITS THROUGH THE SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO COOPERATE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES' DIVISION OF CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES AS A CONDITION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR THOSE BENEFITS.
