A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-11-517 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN AMERICAN INDIAN ARTISTS MAY USE WILD ANIMAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL LAW IN ARTS AND CRAFTS THAT ARE OFFERED FOR SALE AND SOLD TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
