A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 51-3-63 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENT WHO IS A CONSTABLE, RESERVE POLICE OFFICER, VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER, OR MEMBER OF THE STATE GUARD MAY ENTER ANY STATE PARK WITHOUT CHARGE.
