A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 15-48-10, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE VALIDITY OF ARBITRATION AGREEMENTS AND EXCEPTIONS FROM OPERATION OF THE CHAPTER, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE NOTICE PROVISIONS OF THE CHAPTER APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE REMAINING PROVISIONS APPLY TO A PARTICULAR CONTRACT CONTAINING AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE.
