A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-150-385 SO AS TO PROVIDE A DESIGNATED LOTTERY GAME FROM WHICH PROCEEDS MUST BE USED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO FACILITATE ACCELERATED LEARNING FOR UNDERACHIEVING STUDENTS TO ELIMINATE DISPARITY IN STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH TWELFTH GRADE, AND TO NAME THE GAME "THE BOOST LEARNING GAME".
