A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 30-2-325 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT PUBLIC LAW ENFORCEMENT AND CLERKS OF COURT IN THIS STATE SHALL DISCLOSE AND MAY NOT REDACT FULL NAMES AND BIRTH DATES THAT APPEAR ON ARREST WARRANTS AND INCIDENT REPORTS.
