JOINT RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL JOINT LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION ON CITY AND TOWN AFFAIRS

This bill creates a nine-member Special Joint Legislative Commission on City and Town Affairs to improve coordination between Rhode Island's state government and its 39 municipalities.
