SENATE RESOLUTION CELEBRATING THE 12TH ANNUAL "PHYSICIAN ANESTHESIOLOGISTS WEEK" FROM JANUARY 26TH THROUGH FEBRUARY 1ST, 2026, IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND
