HOUSE RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND THANKING DR. CHRISTOPHER A. CAMPAGNARI, MD, ON HIS RETIREMENT AS A FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN AFTER 32 YEARS OF PROVIDING COMPASSIONATE AND EXEMPLARY MEDICAL CARE
