AN ACT TO VACATE THE FORFEITURE OR REVOCATION OF THE CHARTER OF LOS TOROS BAND, INC.

This bill allows the Los Toros Band, Inc. to restore its corporate charter after it was previously revoked. To regain its legal status, the organization must file all required tax returns, pay any outstanding taxes, and submit necessary reports and fees to the Secretary of State by December 31, 2026. Once these conditions are met and verified by the tax administrator, the revocation will be officially canceled, and the band will regain all its former rights and responsibilities. The law takes effect immediately upon passage.
