AN ACT RELATING TO AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE WARWICK CITY CHARTER TO ALLOW FOR ELECTRONIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETINGS, RAISING THE SMALL PROCUREMENT DOLLAR THRESHOLD BY ORDINANCE, AND ESTABLISHING MINORITY REPRESENTATION APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS VIA ORDINANCE
