HOUSE RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF SYLVIA "SIGGY" WEBER, BELOVED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE LEADER, HEALER, AND VETERAN OF THE AIR FORCE AND U.S. ARMY RESERVES
