JOINT RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $3,000,000 TO 25 BOUGH, LLC TO SUPPORT THE COMPLETION OF THE INITIAL PHASE OF RENOVATIONS TO CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN PROVIDENCE

This bill authorizes a one-time appropriation of $3,000,000 to 25 Bough, LLC to fund the initial phase of renovations for a mixed-use development on 25 Bough Street in Providence. The funds are intended to support a project that includes affordable housing units, educational programs focused on STEM and future industries, and a cultural museum.
