HOUSE RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE 76TH ANNIVERSARY OF ISRAEL'S DAY OF INDEPENDENCE ON MAY 13-14, 2024, AND REAFFIRMING THE BONDS OF FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION BETWEEN RHODE ISLAND, THE UNITED STATES, AND THE STATE OF ISRAEL
