AN ACT TO VACATE THE FORFEITURE OR REVOCATION OF THE CHARTER OF THE KENT OFFICE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.

This bill allows The Kent Office Condominium Association, Inc. to regain its legal status after failing to file annual reports for many years. To do so, the association must submit all overdue reports and pay both the required filing fees and a penalty amount determined by the Attorney General by December 31, 2024. Once these conditions are met, the official action to cancel the organization's charter will be undone, restoring its full rights and responsibilities. The law takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
