AN ACT RELATING TO PROPERTY -- RESIDENTIAL LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT (Allows a person who is a first-time defendant in an eviction proceedings to file a motion for the expungement of all documents related to and the record of eviction five (5) years after the date of judgment entered by the court.)
