AN ACT RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES -- THE RHODE ISLAND WORKS PROGRAM (Provides eligibility for benefits for a pregnant person from onset of pregnancy and allow lawful permanent residents to receive benefits without a waiting period. Increases the monthly cash benefit to fifty percent (50%) of the federal poverty level.)
