AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF LINCOLN TO ISSUE NOT TO EXCEED $25,000,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND NOTES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, REHABILITATION, REPAIR, IMPROVEMENTS, FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING OF AND/OR ADDITIONS TO LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS (Authorizes the town of Lincoln to issue bonds and notes up to $25 million dollars to finance the construction, renovation, rehabilitation, repair, improvements, furnishing and equipping of and/or additions to Lincoln elementary schools.)
